Here’s everything you need to know when shopping with ZoraJee.

Ordering & Delivery

After you've ordered, we'll get cracking right away. Most orders are packed up and shipped in 2 to 4 working days, and we'll let you know your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Sometimes delays do occur (hello, holidays or weather), but if something's running a bit behind, we'll let you know. You’ll never be left wondering.

10-Day Easy Exchange / Replacement Promise

We want you to love your ZoraJee purchase. Truly.

And if for some reason you don’t, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

You have 10 days from the date your order is received to inform us that something's amiss. If it's been damaged, not what you were thinking, or just doesn't seem like "you," we'll get it worked out for a replacement or exchange.

Just make sure the item hasn’t been used and is still in its original condition and packaging.

Note: Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, water beyond stated resistance, or everyday wear and tear.

Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit/debit cards and safe online payment methods. Your personal information is always protected—we wouldn’t want it any other way either.

Color Disclaimer

We do our best to show you exactly how each piece looks. But depending on your screen or lighting, some colors may look slightly different in person. The difference is usually minor—and the quality? That never changes.

Limited Editions Mean… Well, Limited

A lot of our designs are crafted in small batches. That means if something catches your eye, it may not be restocked.

ZoraJee believes in keeping things exclusive, not mass-produced. That’s what makes each piece special.

Returns & Refunds

We currently don’t offer refunds—but if your item qualifies, we’re happy to provide store credit or a smooth exchange.
