That's why we provide a 10-Day Easy Exchange or Replacement Policy—because wristwatches shouldn't ever be an obligation you can't make a change to.

What You Can Exchange or Replace

You can request an exchange or replacement if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong product

• The product doesn’t match what was shown/described online

• You simply want a different model (if unused)

We just ask that the product is:

• Unworn

• In its original condition

• Packed in its original box with tags and all protective covers intact

• Returned to us within 10 days of delivery

What’s Not Eligible

We won’t be able to process an exchange or replacement if:

• The product has signs of use or wear

• It’s damaged due to water (beyond resistance limit) or mishandling

• The return request is made after 10 days of receiving the order

• The product was purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged)

How to Request an Exchange

• Drop us an email with your order number and reason for exchange.

• Attach a few clear photos (if the item is faulty or incorrect).

• Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps.

• We’ll walk you through the process, and don’t worry—it’s simpler than it sounds.

Refunds? Not Right Now

Currently, we don’t offer refunds—but we’re happy to provide you with:

• A one-time exchange

• Or store credit valid for your next purchase (in case you're still deciding)

Shipping Costs

If the product you received was incorrect or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you simply changed your mind or want to swap styles, the return shipping will be on you. We’ll still help you through it step by step.
